Hank Plank on Tour, the Movie!
It's the story of the little band that could, sorta. The story of a band on a mission, playing club gigs in California, Arizona and Nevada. A band that has car trouble and keeps going. From the opulent glitz of Beverly Hills to the serene mountain wilderness of Lake Tahoe to some punk rock record store in San Jose, this movie follows the five members of Hank Plank and the 2x4s as they set out in search of their own little slice of the rock and roll dream.

Filmed on tour in December of 1998, this hour long video will make you laugh and make you cringe. Much like a 'mocumentary', but the cartoonish anti-heroes Hank Plank and the 2x4s are actually a band and really did go on tour. Available on video through mamavision, currently playing occasionally on Portland Cable Access. Inquire for details about purchasing or screening this video.

Roll on Columbia
Hank Plank and the 2x4s video for 'Roll on Columbia', which will be featured on their upcoming full length album due early next year. Filmed at Portland Cable Access, Summer of 1999. Too hot for MTV!

Found footage--or stolen? A four minute montage of obscure yet moving 16mm footage primarily taken from educational sources and twisted. Begging the question, what are we teaching our children? Featuring music by better music through sound.
